2007 Accord i4 ac issues
My ac isn’t working and I’m not sure why I’ve checked the fuses and they’re all good there’s Freon in the lines and I hear something trying to engage when I turn on the ac, the fans turn on but no cold air what should I try next?

The accord has an inline 4 (I4) cylinder engine and a V6 engine. Which one do you have to avoid confusion on suggestions.
Regardless of engine, find the a/c compressor. The compressor pulley has a metal plate in front (a/c clutch) that does not spin when the a/c is turned off. It should spin when you turn on the a/c. Let us know what you find. Be careful when working around the a/c compressor when the engine is running as you can get hurt by the spinning serpentine belt.

Sorry, no, there is literally no such a thing as 2007 Honda Accord with a V4 engine.

You have a 4-cylinder or I4 engine. Honda doesn't have V4 engine. The reason I ask is the V6 setup can be very different in terms of component locations or wire colors.
Your a/c compressor sits low on the passenger side of the engine bay, so you have limited access. The compressor should have a 1-pin electrical connector with a blue/red wire. If you unplug that wire and use a volt meter or test light connected to ground to measure voltage. When the a/c is turned off, you should have 0V. When the a/c is turned on, you should have 12V.
Let us know what you find. Be careful with your hands around the moving parts and keep your volt meter wires routed away from the serpentine belt when doing this testing.

I didn’t know there was a difference between i4 and v4

Affirmative, Honda does in fact use a V4 for many of their motorcycles. To the best of my knowledge, Honda has N-E-V-E-R put a V4 engine in a car and certainly not in an Accord.
