I recently bought a 2007 Honda Accord EX-L, it was missing the Navi DVD, so I picked one up on FleaBay (Ebay) I got version 4.81A according to everyone on ebay it is compatible with 2007 Honda Accord, but evertime I try to load the disc it ejects right back out, it will not stay in the the DVD player in the trunk. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

 

I would reset the unit by disconnecting the battery. Make sure you have your radio code.

 

Is this a known issue and solution?

 

I have seen this issue with many other cars, not specifically Honda's. There are basically three solutions I have seen in my experience. One is to reset by disconnecting the battery, two is to update the firmware which typically involves the dealer, or three getting a new unit.
