Default 2010 Accord rough start after remote start

I have a 2010 exl-n accord, 4 door, automatic, with factory installed remote start. It has about 110,000 miles. After using the remote start, the car starts rough. I will remote start it as I'm walking out my work and shut it off when I get to the car, usually runs 7-10 min before I stop it. When I get in and start it back, it starts rough. It doesn't die and runs fine after startup.

I haven't noticed a rough start any other time, just post remote start. Any ideas? Thanks!

Not sure why/if it would relate to the remote start but maybe the battery getting tired and/or alternator charging it.

If it was one of those, wouldn't it start rough all the time? The only time it does is after being remotely started.

Just an ignorant guess, but if one or more injectors are leaking, fuel will puddle in the intake & run rich & misfire at first. If this is the case it would do the same thing if you start it with the key, idle for 10 minutes, then stop it & immediately re-start after the same wait-time. Does it do that when you don't use the remote?
