check engine light on code 3rd cylinder misfire

 

Is this a 6 cylinder Accord? If so, it is usually due to the spark plug fouled.

There was an extended warranty due to a class action settlement.

Brought my 6 cylinder in a good couple years ago for the recall if that's what you have call a dealer. I got three plugs replaced free and I paid for the other three I wasn't putting in just 3 new. They also do some sort of computer reprogram or something as part of the service. That had a be a good couple years ago now haven't noticed any issues since. I honestly forget now if I had an issue at the time or just heard about the recall somewhere.
