Default 2012 Honda Accord Dented Left Fender Replacement

I dented the left fender of my 2012 Honda Accord SE.
Part Number: 60260-TA0-A90ZZ
I found the part online:
http://www.hondapartsunlimited.com/product/Honda/ACCORD/2012/4DR%20EX/KA5MT/honda/fender-l.-fr.-dot/60260-ta0-a90zz-honda/

How do I go about fixing this?
Do I:
  • Buy the part online and try to replace it myself
    • Buy it painted
    • Buy it unpainted and get it painted
  • Bring it into a auto shop
Also, this is a leased car. Anyone know how this will affect the lease?

Thank you for your help.

Installation isn't too bad for the front fender.

If it were me, I would look for a used fender that is the same color as your car. Then the paint would match. Check out car-part.com and search for fenders by price or distance. You may find one near where you live.

being a lease, any costs you will pay at "turn back" are related to condition and mileage...so yes, you will probably have to pay something. i like the idea of finding some soccer moms wrecked one of the same color and swiping the fender off it. new enough so there should be no color match issues.
