2013 Accord wiper issue
I have a 2013 Accord EX-L and have notice that while driving in the rain the right hand wiper pushes a blob of water over to the driver sided and then the drivers side takes care of it. Seems this is a bad design, right wiper is angled down when up and this is what pushes the water into the drivers view.
The drivers side wiper pulls water from the left hand side of the windshield back out into the left most drivers view. Hoping this will change once I get Rain X installed.

I have the same problem with water being drawing back to the driver from the left A-pillar. I believe there is a design flaw with the blade. The blade is causing a vortex shed and a low pressure forms on the back side of the blade.
Here in FL it's a problem as we get frequent heavy showers and it actually blocks my vision to the left. I'm trying to get Honda to look at it, but so far they are looking the other way.

I notice the water being pulled back at speeds as low as 35 and 40 and it does not improve at highway speeds. The blades are the bean design with what appears to be a hint of aerodynamic design. Might have to try the older style blade.

I once put a set of beam blades on the 95 Accord, when I did I noticed the same thing.....needless to say those blades didn't stay on the car long. Switched back to the old style wipers.
Again, not sure if this will fix your issue, just sharing my experience on a different car.
