2014 Accord front license plate bracket install

Hi, I have a 2014 Accord and need to install the front license plate bracket. The bracket came with the car and has screws, but no install info. Any help is appreciated.

You hook the bracket onto the bumper lower grille and screw in the self tapping screws into the bumper.
