ok, I have a 99 Accord V6 and this code keeps coming back even though I have replaced the CAT 3 times now, I had the "thorough" diagnostics test done and they said every thing was fine, I'm starting to think that Voodoo has been done to my car...

Aftermarket Cat? What were the secondary O2 sensor readings at 2000 RPM from the "thorough" diagnostic?
