Default Too long warm up and low fuel efficiency?

Hi all,

I bought an Accord 2010 in March. Milage is just 400.
Somehow, the warm up time seem too long for me.
It takes 5-6 minutes from engine start until rpm drops to 800.
Isn't it too long? Out side temperature here is around 40-60F.

Fuel efficiency is also quite low. It is 18mpg.
I drove it between quite low traffice local at 30-40mph.

Please, help!

Are you driving it to warm up or leaving it idle to warm up?
