okay.. so i'm contemplating one of those short shift adapters for my 02 5MT.. is it even worth my time?

it's in my price range.. otherwise i'd get a PSPEC kit..

so for now.. will one of those adapters get me what i'm looking for.. a shorter throw for my DD accord ?

or am i basically throwing 50 bucks down the drain....


also, anyone else have one already? specficially the OBX one. and if so, how do you like it?


any other suggestions are open.. i'm basically looking for a cheap route to shorten up the throw, but with good enough quality that i dont need to worry about losing my shifter during a highway trip because some crappy piece broke...


the whole reason for this is because i had to drive my dads Del Sol around while my car was down for the head rebuild. and the stock throw is SO much shorter than my accord.. i got so used to it.. and i LOVED it.. now it's kinda... not so much fun to drive my 5MT anymore.. so i'm basically looking to get some "fun" back into this car even though it's a daily driver...

There's a guy who goes by 2000LX5spd or something like that (can't remember exactly). I think he has one, but not real sure. I don't have one.
