Hey Guys i have a 1989 accord lx-i fi the check engine light is on and in the owners manuel it says it has todo with the fuel injection. my car starts ok in the morning but once i get to work it rev from 1400 rpms to 2100 rpm and when i shut it off it wont start right back up but if i wait about 30 minutes it will fire up and it will be like it is starvin for fuel and die the you try to start it again it will start and rev up and down so does anyone know what is wrong can you give me a moment of your time and tell me please.

 

Please provide the code that was extracted. This will allow better guidance on your problem. Idle instability is usually caused by air metering problem; IACV dirty or not working, vacuum line loose, PCV not connected, intake manifold leak, etc.
