90 Parasitic Draw
I have a 1990 Accord LX that has a parasitic draw of 0.17A. If I remove fuse number 39 the draw goes away. I have removed the radio as it was my first suspect on this circuit, but the draw remains. What else is on this circuit? Is there something common that I can just unplug to make it go away? Thanks!
I know on my '94 Accord LX there's a little draw no matter what since it's an LX with all the electric options except for the seats. .17A is pretty low for an Accord considering there's always some tiny draw on these. What I wound up finding from chasing everything around the car by pulling fuses and checking the battery with a multimeter was this:
1. The little clock on the dash will draw electricity at all times period
2. Radio memory can draw some.
3. If you have electric door locks and they aren't 100% perfect or one of them doesn't work, its drawing. You can disconnect the door lock fuses and check that out. I wound up disconnecting the electric door lock motors in the doors that don't work and that fixed my issue.
4. If the ignition is on and one of you door ajar lights comes on the gauges even though the doors/trunk/hatch is closed it'll draw when the car is off. I had to replace the door jamb switch on my drivers side front because it was drawing. My hatch on my station wagon showed it was open all the time and I wound up depinning the wire that sent that signal in the door and tucking it. That got rid of that draw. I actually made a video on that one.
5. Check for draw while disconnecting fuses for power windows. They can draw if there's something internal wrong in the right way.
6. Check the dome light circuit for draw by pulling the corresponding fuse and checking. This can go along with and be caused by the door ajar issue that I mentioned.
Since I don't drive my Accord every day like I used to I wound up putting a hand screw type quick disconnect on my battery so after 5 days of sitting my battery wouldn't be flat from the radio memory and the dash clock. I hope something in my findings will help. Let me know if you think it may be something different.

0.17A is 170 milliamps, so that is rather high, unless you measured 17 milliamps. I'd say less than 20 milliamps is acceptable for a parasitic draw.
I don't have my shop manual in front of me, but what does the label say for fuse #39? Is fuse 39 in the engine bay or drivers dash fuse box?

Diagrams linked below says fuse 39 is under the hood and is a 7.5 amp fuse (PGM-FI ECU, Automatic Transmission Control Unit, Stereo/Radio Cassette Player, Clock & Automatic Seat Belt)
