Default '91 Accord ac switch problem

Hi. I need some help with the ac problem on this accord.
A bit of info:
I bought this car for $1000
Engine runs strong. (after replacing distributor cause of internal oil leak)
Started overheating and blew a radiator hose then the radiator.
Replaced both and found fans not turning on at all. Replaced relays under hood no change. Tested fans direct to bat and one was no good.
Wired one fan direct to radio fuse so it's on all the time when key is on.
Ac worked till I started poking around in the fan relay plug with test light.
Now, The ac switch inside on the control panel will not turn on.
It used to turn on when I pushed it and the inside fan was turned to on.
My question is: did I burn up a relay or somekind of fuseable link?
I bought this car for my girlfriend and she is chewing my *** out cause its been over 100deg every day this past month.
I recently got a new fan (pass side) and it turns on whenever it wants.
Other fan is still direct.
Please help.
Thx.

You should check for blown fuses. Did you plug in the relays you removed and tested?

I am not a big fan of rewiring of stuff on cars a a permanent fix, and it may make it harder to diagnose the a/c problem.

The first thing that I usually ask is: Do both fans turn on when you turn on the a/c? But you only have one fan that will turn on and off.

You should also check if you have voltage to the blu/blk wire that goes to the a/c pressure switch with the car running.

The fuses under the hood and under the dash checked out good.
Fans used to work at beginning but one (pass side) burned out.
I replaced the cooling fan relay at first but car still overheated.
Once it overheated so bad it blew radiator I decided to hard wire fan.
Not sure where to check the pressure switch cause I looked behind glove box and couldnt find it. There is no way to turn on ac because the switch on control panel does not turn on anymore.
Thanks for your help.

That pressure switch is labeled the dual pressure switch.

Did you still have overheating problems?

I'm loosing water somewhere because I have to top off radiator once every 2 days. It looses about 16oz of water every 2 days.
Checked all hoses and don't see any dripping after driving it.
It's a tuff deal for me cause I bought this car to help this girl have a ride to work. I had to do what I could to keep it running. I know hard wiring a fan is not the proper way to fix but it was my only way to keep it running.
I wish i could fix the ac for her cause it used to work till I started poking into the fan relay plug.
Thanks for reply.
