91 accord dx Ac headache

Was hoping somebody could tell me. If I can delete the expansion valve and run piping in its place.

Your intention is unclear. Do you want to remove AC system from car or do you have an evaporator blockage and need to clear? It makes no sense to remove only the expansion valve from an AC system.
