Default 91 Accord idles at 3000

Important stuff: 91 accord, 5 spd, 226000 miles.
I was driving the other day and all of a sudden it started to bog out, id rev it all the way up to 2500 and as soon as i let out the clutch it would try to die. Soon after that the idle stuck at 3000. I can rev it higher, but with no throttle pressure it idles at 3000. If i unplug the IAC it bounces between 1000 and 1500. Any suggestions?

Any recent work done? Any stored codes?

From there, check the linkage for free movement-have you actually tried to "gently" close it by hand. While there give the tb a good cleaning-both sides of the butteryfly and where is closes off on the inside of the tb.
