car runs fine mostly but sometimes at a stop light it will idle very low and the check engine light will come on. runs fine when i take off again. will do the same at next light. turn the car off and back on and the check engine light goes off and it idles fine. has new plugs,wires,cap and rotor.

also the speedometer needle sometimes works and sometimes doesnt. and will go up and down for no reason at steady speed. just started and is very annoying

Posts like this should be in General Tech, I moved it.

Get the codes from the ECU and TCU.

A good cleaning of the TB can't hurt anything.

Sounds like you might have an issue with the VSS - Speedo jumping around.
