Tonight when i was sticking the key into the ignition, i missed and stuck it into the area around the ignition. This caused something to spark and when i started my car i noticed the radio did not turn on- no lights or anything. a few minutes later i realized that my automatic seat belt had not came back either, and that when i opened the door the "door alarm" did not come on either. I am not sure what I did or how to fix it, I am hoping someone can help me!

 

You probably shorted something temporarily and blew a fuse. Check the fuse(s) that corresponds to the components not working (radio, seat belt alarm). There are two fuse boxes to check, one in the engine bay and one under the driver's dash. The cover for the fuse boxes should have a label, if not the owner's manual will have descriptions of the fuses.
