92 accord code 15 no start

Default 92 accord code 15 no start

hello i have a 92 honda accord 2.2 mt
i have a code 15 {ignition signal} and it will sometimes start run for a couple minutes and die. i have replaced the distributor, coil, and tested my main relay with no luck. i have voltage at the yellow wire on the distributor and now i dont know what to do. sorry if i posted this in the wrong place but this is my 1st time posting to a forum. the only other things i can think of is replacing the ecm or the ignition switch please help

You can also check the wiring between the ECM and the distributor. I don't have 1992 wiring drawings, but maybe someone else can tell us what wire colors and/or pin-out of the ECM.

make sure the wires pluged into the distributor are in there pin holes and not really loose usually its the ecm tho from what i hear

I just want you to verify that the check engine light flashed the code and not the S (sport shift light) or the D4 light.

There is an important ground bolted to the thermostat housing. I would unbolt that ground, clean up the bolt and eyelet with a wire brush or sandpaper then reattach the bolt.
