Only problem with an H swap is getting the right H22, as there are some H22a's out there that are harder to get parts for. Another option would be the F23 swap (98-02 Accord), but, it's a single cam FI motor.

Buying an entire donor car makes it a bigger project than some people want to sign up for. Maybe Toecutter's son's experience will be good to know about.
Quite a few people on K20.org have already done the swap. He's just following along on what others have already done. Hasport has 2 different styles of mounts just for the 98 Civic, and they also have mounts for the Accord, the CRX, the Insight, and some others. It's a much easier swap than a "J" series V6. Right now he's still gathering parts and money to do the swap, as he wants to upgrade the brakes as well.
One guy on K20.org tracks his car (Honda Challenge Series), and eats Vipers, but has trouble with 911 GTR's (has a dash cam). He also uses the car on the street, but no longer as a daily. He did that before with the D series engine too (track raced it) but loves being able to go 130+ instead of limiting out at 95 on the straights. Yes, he quickly found out he was seriously under braked, when he started boiling fluid at VIR.He's also been to Road Atlanta, and the car does pass emissions (lives in North Carolina).
