Default 92 accord pulls to the left at higher speeds???

Hey everyone. I put new upper control arms and ball joints on my car just recently as well as Rotors and Pads all the way around. The alignment was done and verified by 2 different repair shops here in town and it does track straight. But, only at highway speeds do I notice the car pulls slightly to the left. Plus a funny vibration as well. Around town the car drives great and nothing noticable. The car also has a new "dogbone" engine mount as well as the other front engine mount on the drivers side.

Anyways, I took it and had it looked at at both repair shops to see what both opinions were on this, both say everything is tight on the front end. Noone knows why this is happening and the one shop said that their best educated guess is that I have a thing called "torque pull" ?!? I have never heard of this in my life! They said that something is wrong probably with my manual trans. and that I should take it to a trans repair shop for diagnosis! However I do not agree with this! Also, with the symptoms, I have noticed that my drivers side shakes when I slow down, like the rotor is warped BUT like I said earlier, brand new rotors and pads! What could be causing this?? Should I replace the CV axles and see if that fixes it? Tires are great and have the correct PSI.

ANY advice on this would greatly be appreciated!!!!

Brian

torque pull? BS.
get that car on a decent alignment rack with a proper mechanic.
i have 3 shops in my town that do alignments and 2 out of the 3 cant align a car to save its life. the toe may be within specs but howsabout caster and camber?
get a printout. most alignment shops set toe and let it go.
likely you have a bad tire

Thats very good advice and I did have the tires checked and they are fine. They are almost brand new. My rims arent bent, the tires check out, they are rebalanced. I do hear a clunking sometimes when going over bumps...not all the time. Also I get an intermittent "growling" when making a left hand turn. Could bad axle shafts cause any of these symptoms that I am experiencing? Bad wheel bearings? I did get printouts from both places on the alignment and everything is in the "green" on both sheets. I am definitely trying everything I can think of!!

I thought the whole "torque pull" was BS also. I figured it was something they could tell me so they didnt have to figure out the true issue. Then they charged me for it Expert Tire...stay away from them!!

find another shop. i dont believe they know what theyre doing.
your car pulls to the left for a reason. they recommend you to a trans shop?
either you have something loose, bent or its out of alignment. a skilled front end mechanic can find the problem and fix it.
my shop doesnt have an alignment rack so we send out cars for alignments. half the time they are not aligned properly, i.e. car pulls or the steering wheel isnt straight.
i end up setting toe with a piece of string and a thumbtack. old school style.
has the car ever been in an accident?

No the car has never been wrecked. I had my Dad look at it and he can usually tell because he does body work. I bought the car from an older couple that owned it and dealer serviced it all its life until I got it. Im almost ready to just buy both front wheel bearings, inner and outer tie rods, both lower ball joints and both axle shafts and have my dad replace them for me. I can get the parts for a lot cheaper on Rock Auto.com and for good name parts. Thats where I am also going to get all 4 Quick Struts for it as well because the struts and springs do look original on it.

As far as myself and my Dad can tell, nothing is bent on the front end.
