92 accord lx 265K miles - twice now car wont start (instances within 60 days of each other) - check engine light came on with D4 trans indicator blinking. after 5 min wait car starts back up, car runs fine tried troubleshooting tip to jumper connector pin on passenger kick panel plug - no blinks on D4 indicator.

any ideas? first time it happened transmission fluid was low. changed fluid 60 days ago and car ran fine until yesterday. transmission fluid seems OK

Does it die going down the road? Or is this on start up?......or both?

Got a few ideas but I'd like to get more info/testing before spending money
