Default '92 five spd. Accord suddenly dies at low speeds

My '92 Accord will suddenly stall at low speeds, and sometimes won't restart right away.
Battery is only about a year old so it's getting enough juice. What should I be looking
at first to find the source of this issue? Trouble codes don't seem to work on this vehicle.
I've tried to run the diagnostic in the usual way a dozen times but nothing ever happens.
Any suggestions are welcome. This just started happening the other day. Never had
this issue before. Seems to stall after about 10 minutes running fine.

When you first turn your key to the II position and don't try to start the car, does your check engine light turn on for about 2 seconds? Do you hear the fuel pump prime when the check engine does the bulb check? Listen carefully when the car won't start for the fuel pump to prime.

Is the check engine light turning on while driving?

Tough call on what's happening. Pay attention to the gauge when the car stalls. Does the gauge behave like you just turned the key on? Does the car start up immediately after the stall? Can you get the car to stall out by shaking the key while the engine is running?

Replaced rotor and cap, and radiator. Cleaned battery terminals and battery clamps.
Cleaned ground connection near starter (was caked with soot). Car started up
fine. Drove about 30 miles on the freeway, all good. Stopped at a thrift store
on way back, started up fine, then stalled out two blocks later. Stalled three
more times in traffic. Was able to restart each time. Then fourth time no.
Pulled off to parking lot, but would not restart even after a couple hours.

Checked #4 spark plug wire and it was coated with oil at connector with plug.
Checked for spark to distributor cap, and didn't seem to get one

When you have no spark from the coil, you need to verify if the large wire to the coil connector (yellow or black/yellow or yellow/black) has power with the key in the ii position. Back-probing with a 12v test light is the most reliable test. I can't remember the wire color, to as in not in front of my computer.

Replaced coil, but problem persists. Coil is getting input power fine
I checked with tester on yellow wire at connector. Seems to happen
after engine warms up.

The same two red lights in the dash (battery and oil) come on when it stalls
as do when ignition switch is in second position.
They key thing doesn't apply here because the cylinder is jammed.
I have the ignition switch separated from the steering column. I turn
it on by hand. The old switch died, and I replaced it with one I pulled from
another accord about 15 months ago. It's been working fine so far.

What should I look at next? I really need to figure this out soon.
It's my only vehicle..

Can you post a picture of your ignition switch setup? I'm guessing that you have a second assembly installed and use the donor car's key, but I want to make sure.

When the car stalls and will not start, turn the key to the II position and listen for the fuel pump to prime. It happens when the check engine light turns on for about 2 seconds for the bulb check.

You weren't sure if the CEL light turned on when turning the key to the II position on your previous post, so please verify.

Google 62SN700.pdf. The fdocuments.in first hit is a shop manual for a 93 accord that should be very close to your 92. After clicking on the download link and waiting 60 seconds, you can download that pdf for free. I think this version may cover accords sold world-wide, but will help. Page 23-17 shows the ground locations on your wire harness. I would disconnect the battery and clean all easily accessible ground eyelets and bolts with a wire brush or sandpaper. G101 near the thermostat housing is a very important ground you should clean.
