I have put new timing belt on it, it's in time with timing light.new plug wires,seafoam in fuel tank. Spark plugs are good. I have changed the fuel filter. It acts like it has a rev limiter on it at 3400 rpms. It's non vtec. if anybody has any ideas please help.

 

Is the check engine light turning on while driving? There is a thread in the DIY section on how to get error codes.
