93 Accord acts like hits rev limiter

I would have the battery/alternator/starter tested at a parts store. Also, disconnect the battery, then clean all ends of both battery cables and reattach.

You can pull the main relay and see if there is any solder joints cracked. Copy and paste the link below into your browser to see where your main fuel relay is located.

ok, cleaned terminal and posts to battery = same result, no change
system charging as it should

Tried new main relay and still does the same thing.

Any ideas?

I would unplug each injector and measure the resistance using your volt meter across each injector. That 7.2 ohms is too high on each one.

The 7.2 on each is what the shop said, I checked each one and each registered 2.1 to 2.2 ohms.
