Default 93 accord misfireing

93 16 valve accord will misfire if the throlltle is advanced normal. if advanced slow the engine will not misfire, also idle is high. If the A/C is turned on the engine misfire's to the point it whants to come out of the engine compartment. once it warms up to normal temp the idle starts togo up and down. please help.

eld working correctly?
fuel pressure when cold versus warm?
ICV dirty?
vacum leak?

check to be sure it's full of coolant and the block burped thru the 12mm bleed screw at the t-stat housing,
be sure there is a little slack in the throttle cable as well, then with the engine warm take the cover plate off the FITV and listen for air bypassing, if so turn the nylon 'split' screw in a couple turns.
