Default 93 Honda Accord EX

Window washer is not working. When I press down on the "Mist" lever there isnot a sound... no whirring noise...complete silence. (except of course the wipers going back and forth 3 times, as expected). I will start at the fuse box and hope to find a bad fuse.
If not, has anyone else come across the problem? The washer motor appears to be up underneath the fender well and is not real accessible. It would be nice to find an easier fix. And, yesthe washer bottle is full.

you can access the washer bottle and motor by removing the front bumper. To do this open the hood, behind each headlamp assembly sould be a nut on the body panel facing to the interior of the bay, remove these. You'll have to remove the two bumber flashers by removing the screw in each one and then pull the bulb out of the lense. next remove two plastic scres from the front of each wheel well that attach the bumber trim to the fender. Looking through the two openings made by removing the bumper lights you should see two bolts on each side, remove these and the bumper pulls right off.

Whoa Stop Wait a second; Don't pull the bumper, go for the fender liner instead. There are a couple push pin type plastic hold downs that can be removed from the front of the fender liner and then you can reach right in and check for power at the plugto the washer motor when the switch is 'on'.
