Hello I have a 1993 Honda accord EX and have been going through starting problems. I changed the battery, also spark plugs. It has a mind of it's own when turning on sometimes it does other times I have to take off my air filter spray some starter fluid then it's running. Im guessing it's a fuel problem. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

 

Get into a habbit of turning the key to on - then watch the CEL and listen for the fuel pump to prime for a few seconds before starting the car.

Have you checked for stored codes?
