94 & 95 A/C works but not very cold?? & they are fully charged
I have a 94 and 95 both A/C's are working but neither is very cold? It is "cool" but should be way colder. I added another recharge can in each and still not any colder. Also the compressor keeps clicking off and on every 5 seconds or so. They are both fully charged (on the high end of the scale) I read this might make the compressor turn off and on repeatedly if they are overcharged? I am not sure what could be wrong? Anybody have any ideas? Thanks.

You really should have the a/c pressure tested with a manifold that can read the high and low side pressures. Those gauges on the cans from parts stores do not give an adequate idea of the pressures IMO.
I picked up a manifold and hoses from advance auto parts for ~$70 if I remember correctly.

I would start over with the charge so you have the correct amount of 134A and then adjust the blend door if you still feel it isn’t as cold as it is suppose to be, and if the compressor is then working correctly. I have 95 and getting the blend door right made a night and day difference.

evacuate, put system under vacuum and recharge it,, put 19-20 oz of freon r134a,,,once that's done, hook us a set of gauges ,(report the readings here ).. also make sure heater valve is adjusted properly , heater **** not broken ,, both fans working with a/c on?? and off when engine is warmed up??

On my 95 Accord the air over the past four of five years wasn’t very cold. I went the usually route after vacuuming and recharging the AC then replacing the water valve and never could get it adjusted to fix the problem. After adjusting the blend door by accident I left the water valve cable discounted and with the valve completely open I found out the AC is ice cold and the heat works perfect. I am guessing my Accord is not one of a kind in reguard to the water vallve.

5th gen accords have a water valve that is used to turn the heater on and off, and the thing is made out of plastic so after time it deteriorates and needs to be replaced
Also the 94/95 A/C system is relatively weak and was redesigned for the 96-7 model years.

Hmmm, this is a flashback,
I seem to remember a service bulletin from back then, about the heater control **** gears jumping out of time with the gears that push/pull the cable.
I'll edit if I can find it.

That might be why they have the adjustment procedures for the "blend door". The cable from the **** goes to the door adjuster, from there other end of that lever a cable goes to the heater valve.......like Kris stated, check the adjustment of the cables (yes two). Of course that is along with checking the pressures with proper gauges (high and low side).
Of course we haven't seen anything back from the OP yet (PJ_STYLES?).....
