Code 15 is Mainshaft Speed Sensor (MSS) circuit fault. It could be sensor, wiring, connector, or ECU causing the fault. Most likely MSS. If you want to diagnose, download the 94 Accord Manual from Online Manuals links in DiY forum.

MSS connector is on front side of engine, near trans dip stick. There are two wires; org/blu and wht/blu. Find connector and trace to MSS.

good luck

Trace wiring and see if it's same one you replaced. I don't think it's same.

good luck

Short the same connector and count the ABS code(s). ABS light flashes a main code and sub-code. So a 4, then 1, is a code 4-1.

The vehicle speed sensor and the mainshaft speed sensor are different. You should download a 94 shop manual to show you the locations. The common DIY thread on top of this forum has a link to that online shop manuals thread.

Is the brake light that turns on the one that lights up when you turn on the emergency brake?
