RE: (94 accord ex code 43
A code 43 means that your car is running too rich. The O2 sensor is detecting too high of an oxygen level in the exhaust. Is your gas mileage terrible?
I still periodically get that code on my car, and haven't figured it out yet. The shop manual (download from online manual thread in DIY section) has diagnostics for it. The solutions to fixt the problem are to either replace the O2 sensor or replace the ECU. Does the check engine light come on every time you drive the car?

RE: (94 accord ex code 43
The TW sensor could be the fault. It might be sufficiently in error to cause code 43 w/o setting the fault code for sensor open/shorted. There are calibration checks. At 32degF- 5kohms, -68F - 3 kohms, 104F - 1kohms, 190F - 200-300 ohms. The resistance should be measured across the two contacts. No tolerance is stated, but I would think anything w/i +/- 0.5k ohms would be OK. Manual says to fully warm the engine, measure resistance, and replace sensor if resistance is not w/i 200-400 ohms, which would be well off the calibration pts above assuming warmed engine temp of 180-190F.
Pull vacuum reference line to the fuel pressure regulator and sniff. If you smellstrong smell of gas, the diaphragm is likely ruptured. This allows raw gas to enter the throttle body through the vacuum line.
good luck
