Any more info?
1st guess based on your little info and no posted car maintenance history is:
clutch issue, or tranny fluid.
If replacing the latter, try either Honda Manual Tranny Fluid (@dealer) or Pennzoil Synchromesh (@AutoZone, elsewhere).
