Question 94' Bad Acceleration

I've had my Accord for a while but didn't have trouble with it until recently. While driving on the highway one day the power to the engine just cut off and luckily i was able to pull to the side without any problem. At that point the engine would no longer start up again. After a few days of tinkering a mechanic figured out that it was the computer and that we needed to replace it. I eventually found the correct computer type and replaced it and the car turned back on again but ever since then the car no longer properly accelerates. It seems to be worse when switching from reverse to drive. Sometimes pushing the pedal all the way to the floor barley gets any acceleration, some but def nowhere near where it needs to be. I'm at my wits end and have no idea what is going on. I have the correct year and model of computer and everything so i don't know what could be going on. If anyone has any idea please let me know. I don't want to see one the best cars Ive had in years go to waste and scrap for something that could be an easy fix.

Give us all the details of your car, like 94; DX/LX,EX, automatic/manual trans, sedan/coupe.

What was the part number on the ECU you replaced? It should start with 37820-xxx-xxx.
