94 honda accord lx stereo wiring problem
ok theres a few things:
1) i cant figure out what any of the wires are for the head unit because they are all odd colors and i dont know which one goes to where.
2) one of the wires is completely fried. its white and red... and i cant tell which is the base color because it melted. i think its the power wire but i cant find where it leads to so i can replace it. i was told it went to a harness under the dash but thats all i was told. i took my entire dash apart and couldnt figure out where it goes. so if someone could please give me EASY detailed information on where this wire goes it would be dearly appreciated. (note: i am about a 5 out of ten when it comes to car work. i can do basic stuff and know basic terms... but im not a mechanic so please be simple)
3) lastly... i talked to a friend and he had the idea of adding a seperate wire to the car and inline fuse it... that didnt work... so please help
