95 accord front, drivers' side turn signal lens/assembly

Default 95 accord front, drivers' side turn signal lens/assembly
I've looked and looked on the site (which is a godsend by the way) and I am throughly confused.
Must I remove the front bumper in order to get to the front/driver's sideturn signal assembly?
Is there an easier way?

Nope, you have to get the bumper cover off to access teh screws.
