95 Accord V6
 

Check engine light on- OBD 1- can't pass emissions in AZ - flash code 7- Had Throttle sensor replaced and calibrated by Factory authorized Tech for $250. Light still on. Vehicle too old to put a lot more $$ into it. suggestions?

Your V6 accord is OBD2. The OBD2 connector is behind the ashtray. The OBD2 code may be more specific and help identify the problem, so most parts stores will scan your car as a free service. You can post the actual code on here.

So there is another connector besides the one behind the glove box where you jump for the flash codes? Auto Zone and O'rielly both say its OBD 1 and can't pull codes

Pull out the ashtray and you should see the obd2 connector. The 95 V6 is obd2, but you can also check the obd1 way.
