why are you replacing the evap?? are you getting a complete evap assembly??
if not ,, you should replace the exp valve ,,like PA said the insulators unless they are like new

I would consider replacing the dryer bottle (it may also be called an accumulator), it is a filter that absorbs moisture. I agree with the O rings but on a car that old I would be afraid of breaking lines.

well I'm taking automotive HVAC class right now, and thats were I found the leak at. The teacher said just to trying changing all the o rings inside the evap and the lines going to it, so far its holding a charge and cooling the car, so hopefully thats all that was wrong.
