Default 97 accord lx v6 front left wheel noise

hello, i have a 97 accord lx v6 160k miles with 4 brand new tires, 2 new ball joints in the front, 2 new wheel bearings in the front, new brake pads and rotors in the front and i am hearing a squeaking noise from the front left tire only when i turn the wheel to the right. It does not happen at high speeds (above 30mph) but will always make a noise when i turn the wheel to the right at low speeds. I have heard the noise before the new tires and wheel bearings were put on as a repair shop told me the wheel bearings were the problem.
Any suggestions? thanks

I have also replaced the lower control arm for the front left, possibly replace the upper control arm?

You could throw parts at it all day. Suggest trying to find the source, could be in the upper control arm bushings, sway bar, sway bar links. Can the nosie be re-produced by pushing down or up on the fender?

Search for v=scFbb43fwqk on YouTube for a good video on how to find a noise in your suspension.

Check the dust shield behind the roter when you turn the wheel the roter will flex and hit the dust shield and make noise
