Default 97 accord want to die when coming to stop

Ok 97 accord runs great except when coming to stop or idleing blip the thottle almost dies.just slowly started not exactly sure when .checked fitv and the iacv.pulled all plug wire one at a time and cylinder 2 does t seem to have a huge effect like thee others.i replaced wires ,swapped plugs, checked injectors.no change thi king of pulling iac again and testing.but curious about an idle relearn.my 05 had it so wondering if the 97 has a relearn procedure.like i said runs great just idles super low also i had a code for misfire cyl 2.also wondering if hondas have an ignition module inside the distributor causeing this.please help i love this car and use it daily.tia!

Are you only getting a P0302 code, or do you have any other code(s)? I wouldn't mess with the idle control valves until you resolve the code(s).

Thanks for the reply ..turns out the idle adjust screw above throttle body was bottomed out and really dirty.im guessing its been starving for air and was adjusted be previous owner but since ive got it i
cleaned iac valve
cleaned egr valve
cleaned egr passages
cleaned and tightened thermo valve
replaced cap and rotor and wires
fixed multiple vacuum leaks
Cleaned throttle body
all this and never did the air valve and idle relearn.
not that i did it running great no falling idle no misfires.
