So the mechanic changed the ignition switch and I guess moved some wires at the ECU and when I went to pick it up last night it was running perfect. The CEL is still on so I'm going to take it to Autozone but I am afraid to mess with something and it start sputtering again. Before I take it to Autozone I'm going to disconnect the battery and remove the backup battery fuse to see if the CEL goes off. Thank you PAHonda for all your help.
