Default 97 Starting issues

Hello all,
So I have an issue. The gf crashed her 97 accord (same trim and everything as mine) a few weeks ago as a result of brakes failing. We replaced the damaged parts (radiator, headlights, bumper beam, master brake cylinder, grille, hood, and bumper cover) and bent parts back to shape (radiator support assembly, front radiator). We didn't get the hood and bumper cover on until recently. the engine compartment was exposed to 3-4 inches of rain. The day after the rain storm I went out and started the car. She started right up. After a couple minutes, it started to sound a little sick and the rpms started dropping like it was going to stall. I gave it some gas to keep the rpms up. When I let off the gas a few seconds later, she stalled. After this, we bled the brakes to accommodate the new master cylinder. I've replaced the plugs, wires, tube seals and cover seal. I've tried exchanging my starter cap and coil with hers and nothing seems to work. I've tried giving it ether right into the intake. I am stumped. When we try to start it you can smell gas (guessing as a result of flooding). You'll have to bare with me, I am not terribly familiar with the location of everything in this car, but I can probably trace the systems if I needed to. I have her younger brother on the side here who is a Honda mechanic, but he seems to be stumped also. Any ideas people?

Sounds like you have no spark. Try using a timing light to see if enough spark is generated to flash the timing light.

I would check the ground on the radiator support that comes from the negative battery cable..
