I had to search Honda's archives to find info on my 2002 Accord SE. Found a link from Honda regarding '98 trim & model info:

Hope this helps.

The LX 4 cylinder did not have keyless entry. I believe the LXV6 did however.

^^ Correct. LX (4 Cyl) did NOT come with KE stock. That's an option for the 6 cyl models and 4 cyl SEs only.

I know for sure its standard on all 98-02 EX 4 cyl and 6 cyl models.

I was looking for replacement keyless entry remotes not too long ago and I found a site that had them for $24.99 NEW for my 00 EX sedan.

I had them delivered in less than a week and the programming instructions only took maybe 10 seconds?

Anyways, here's a link to the site:

Just click the Honda category, or type ACCORD in their search box.
