Default 98 honda acord 3.0 V6 with 4 speed auto trans

Hello everyone. I recently bought a 98 Honda Accord 3.0 V6 with a 4 speed automatic transmission vin number <VIN Redacted>. There is a cable underneath that connects into the transmission. I don't know if this is a speedometer cable or a shift cable but there is a leak there. So what is the part that I need to fix it? It's some type of seal. I would really appreciate any assistance with this.

Not a speedometer cable. Could be the shifter cable or some accords had a cable from the transmission to the throttle body. Where does the other end of the cable go?

I found out where the leak was coming from. It was the valve cover gaskets dripping down.
