Default 99 Accord

Hey guys, I've got a 1999 Honda Accord ex 2.3L l4 VTEC engine with a 5 speed manual transmission. Its got almost 190,000 miles on it. would it be pointless to put an intake on it?

There's people with that car who put on intakes & liked them. It breathes fairly well, so the intake won't give you tons of extra power, but probably some improvement in throttle response. They're OK if your expectations aren't unreasonable.

190k miles isn't the end. What kind of condition is the engine in? Compression good? Runs good?

However, I'd be thinking about your 2nd timing belt replacement before too long.
