Ok, I got this code, I bought a evap solenoid and installed it with new o-rings. I reset the light, and it came back on? I have a question though the evap solenoid screws down to another valve of some sort, but on top of that other valve that it bolts to there are 2 hose that connect to a T. but one of nipples arent hooked up so im not sure whats going on there. That is how is was so I assume thats the stock way? There is no hose that was on it, and there were no open nipples.. Any one know what im talking about here?

Also should I change the Emission soleniod now? I heard I should I should change both but I took a chance.. the gas cap is also on super tight? I hear it release when I unscrew it so I assume its working? Not sure where else to look for this issue
