Does the window motor make any noise when you are pushing up/down? Does the window move at all? Do any of the other windows work?

You may want to check the fuse for power windows. The location should be in your owner's manual.

I'm at home troubleshooting for the wife on the road with the kids. The driver side is the only problem window. It motored down but won't go up. I don't have a manual here with me.

On my 95, my switch would not make a solid contact sometimes. I am not sure how the switches are in your 99. I would push down on the switch while pushing the switch forward to put up the window.

If any of the glass is exposed, she can try to pull the window up while pushing the switch to close.

She can try repeatedly hitting up and down on the window switch to see if the window motor can get past a possible dead spot?
