99 Accord a/c control panel problem
I have an a/c control panel that was intermittent when turning the a/c **** on. When the a/c **** was operational, the a/c put out cold air. The blower or fan switch still works every time, but now the a/c control is dead. I feel like the problem is in the control panel. I have checked fuses and all are ok; any ideas on beginning my troubleshooting? Thanks in advance.

DX, no the **** isn't broken and I didn't fall off a turnip truck...ha.
I'm ready to pull the panel out and check for loose wiring and to see if I'm getting voltage to the a/c or recirc switch.
Where can I get an electrical diagram of the a/c control panel?
thanks,
caboose

RE: 99 Accord a/c control panel problem
Still no luck in solving my problem----is there a relay that supplies power to the a/c, recirc control panel??? Thanks in advance for your help.. this power is intermittent; sometimes the panel will illuminate when the key is turned on, but then the power to the panel goes away..

RE: 99 Accord a/c control panel problem
I took my 99 accord in for a similar issue. He says the control panel is bad, but there is no telling if there is something else bad also. He said the control unit is also causing the radiator fan to never come on which resulted in it overheating. This doesn't make sense to me becuase I would think that the engine cooling system should be completely separate from the a/c system. Did you replace the unit? Did it solve the isssue?Did you notice your radiator fan not working when this panel was bad?
