I have a 99 v6 accord that keeps dying while idling. It also dies while driving as well. Every now and then it'll die but then come right back on as soon as it dies. My dad thinks its the fuel filter but says that you cant replace the filter since its in the gas tank. I've also heard that's not true, that you can replace the fuel filter regardless of whether or not it's in the gas tank.
