Hi- I have a 99 V6 accord, it has 270K+ miles on it , still runs great, but is just dies on the freeway, then after a couple minutes it re-starts and runs fine again. The dealer replaced the ignition switch, but the car is still doing it. It doesn't log a code on the OBD so they dont know what to do. I don-t mind just replacing anything it might be at this point, it would be cheaper than a new car. Any suggestions? Do you think I got a defective switch?

Do any lights or anything come on before it dies? Or does it hesitate at all? Im wodering if maybe you have a short in your fuel pump. Or possibly a bad distributor?
