ABS Light ?????? 94 EX ACCORD
ABS light resets when you turn car OFF. Fluid is good I can hear the pump run for about2 secounds and it cycles on and off every minute after start up. After about 10 minutes on road ABS light Aluminates like clock work and stays on until you turn the car off.

Short the service connector with a piece of wire or a paper clip and count the ABS light flashing to find out what is causing it to come on.
Follow the instructions here:

Just count the ABS light and post it on here. The ABS stores codes as two parts: 1-2, 3-4, etc.. and is not like the check engine light (1, 2, 3, 4....).

it would be a waste of time to post the method for bleeding the ABS pump unit.

1-3= high-pressure leakage according to my list of ABS codes.
Look for evidence of actual fluid leakage around the ABS modulator. Then go from there.
It might be that the ABS fluid has got low, so needs to be re-filled & then bleed your ABS.

Fluid is good first thing I checked ,no leaks looked real close no stains or drips. The fluid level goes down when the pump runs but as soon as it cuts off the level goes right back to full level. Fluid is clear and no trash in ABS tank. When the ABS light aluminates the pump no longer cycles on and off.

Fluid should not go down then back up. Itsounds like theres air in there. Try bleeding the ABS. Based on my former Integra, it should be about like this...
Bleed screw is probably near ABS fluid reservoir. Find a hose & a jar. Hose should fit good; if it pops off the pressure is high enough to be dangerous.
Run engine to pump up ABS. Shut off.
Crack open ABS bleed screw just barely, because the pressure is high.
As soon as it stops flowing, shut it again.
Run engine to pump ABS back up. Shut off engine. Refill reservoir.
Repeat until you dont get any more air bubbles from the bleed screw.

I agree that bleeding out the system is the best choice.
Consider that the mental midget moron designer placed the Check Valve at the lowest place of the valve body....you know down where all the water and sediment collect?
You can't buy the $5 check valve assy either.
FWIW. Be sure to clean up any spilled brake fluid with spray brake cleaner, itwill eat paint.
