Default AC

My 96 accord has a leak in the AC system. It is at one of the connections where I attach to recharge my system. How do I fix those connections to prevent loss of the R-134?

A schrader valve is the same kind of valve that is on your tires where you fill them with air. On the a/c system, the schrader valve is under the plastic cap on the a/c line.

Ok, the Schrader valve is where it leaks. How do I stop the leak?

The valve is simple to replace.

Is your a/c system completely empty, or is fully charged?
